How to upload CMS MS site on web server?

Hi, i'm new in this kind of CMS. I'm very satisfied with CMS MS. My kind of problem is:
I downloaded CMS MS couple days ago, and very quickly figured out how it's work. I have installed CMS MS locally (loclhost).
Now, my question is: how to move that site on real web server, i mean on some domen. I hope your understand my kind of problem.
