Problems with Admin Backend

I am having problems after installing 1.5.2 with my administrative backend.  When I go to any module, or any page with a tab - the entire page shows up as part of the main page and not as the tabs like before.

For example - if i go to Content and News - my page will go on forever with articles, categories - and everything else listed down the page - and when i click on the tab to move to that particular section - nothing happens.

Any thoughts?

Perhaps there was a problem with the upload. I would try re-uploading the files.

Please elaborate : supported (JS enabled) admin browser ? install procedure ? ...

I had the same problem and thought it was a WYSIWYG issue...until I realized I had left my browser's Javascript disabled after doing some site testing...
