Problem with installing FLV Player Module

Hi,

I am using CMS Made Simple version 1.4.1 running on Apache 2 Linux (Debian) machine.

I'm trying to install the FLV Player Module so that I can upload a flv movie to my CMS Web-Site.  However when I click to download and install I get this message:

[center]ERROR: The CGExtensions module could not be found.
Error!

Module installation failed :Problem instantiating an available module

I would be grateful of any help in fixing this problem or if there is another way I can upload flv videos to my website.

Look and install for CGExtensions module  first,
