Hi,
Really not sure what happened or if anyone can help...I am hoping they can.
I changed ownership of the modules folder using chown in SSH.
This was so I could make changes to the CalGuys calendar.
Unfortunately I changed ownership of all the modules to admin and now I can not see my site when I browse to it in Firefox or Safari.
I have no idea why this has happened as before I am sure some of the modules were web owned and others admin.
I have attached an image of what my module ownership looks like now, is it possible for anyone to let me know where I went wrong...?
I did a blanket change ownership to web but this has not solved the problem.

I am using CMS 1.5.3
Apache v5.0
PHP 5.0

Re: Change of ownership made site disappear
Hello,
Pierre M.
what about reverting this change ? In case you are looking for the initial owner there is a chance it is the one of root's index.php or version.php if you have change only ownership under modules/Charmie wrote: Unfortunately I changed ownership of all the modules to admin

Hi Pierre,
Thanks for the reply.
Not quite sure what it is you're asking me to do.
I am hoping to revert the mistake but do not know how, please can you tell me how to revert it back?
How do I find out who the original owner was and how does it relate to the root's index.php?
Failing that is there a way I can save the pages and templates and re-create another site and use these?

Re: [MOVED] Change of ownership made site disappear
If you know how to change file ownership you know how to change it back.
If you don't know you need someone who knows near you. It is a requirement of CMSms.
