New template design

I've just stumbled across CMSms and want to know how to design a template. Is this able to be done on a text editor like dreamweaver? Or is it totally done though the admin panel? And where is the template html files located when installed?

You can build your templates in Dreamweaver, notepad, or whatever you like. There is no html file, the actual page is generated dynamically.

Read the documentation fully first, then read the other posts in these forums (especially the sticky ones), and THEN, when you're stuck on something specific, feel free to ask for help here!
