Deleted index.php using FTP - How do I "re-publish"

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Deleted index.php using FTP - How do I "re-publish"

I am a TOTAL NOOB. I deleted the index.php page from my site because I couldn't figure out how to hide it (site not ready to launch) and now everything is screwed up. How do you republish it?

PLEASE HELP!! ??? ??? ??? ???

Just download the zip package, extract its content, and then select and upload the index.php file.

... of the version that you have installed (might not be the latest version's index.php). To "hide" your site, use the site down for maintenance option in global settings. (or, you can design a special index.html file and place it on your server, and do something like rename the index.php file)
