[done] Need to hire someone to create RSS feeds from comments

I need the services of someone to develop a solution for creating RSS Feeds for the comment module. (See http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/topic,34005.0.html)  

I basically need to replicate the standard feature of WordPress comments where the user is given the option to "Follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0 feed" So, I need a unique RSS feed to be generated that would contain just the comments posted on a given page or news post.  

I'm assuming this would be best achieved by the use of CGFeedMaker but that's up to you.

I would need you to document the solution so it can be repeated on additional CMSMS installs by me. I would also want to post the solution in the forum.
