Fonts not matching in IE???

Hello. This is my first site with CMSMS. I am working on a site at http://www.ribamerica.com/main (only the st. louis portion is working right now) but am having some problems with the fonts being all over the board in IE. When i check it in firefox or safari it looks great. Would anyone be so kind to assist me in fixing this problem???

Look to the top of this board and you will find how to target ie specifically...
