humm... I know many problems with MAMP.
What you mean exactly with:
1. "In admin I get all languages as well but the rows are "empty" for the languages not selected"
switch in flags and you see pages for DEFAULT LANG only and blank for other languages?

2. "I have entered Test EN, Test SE and Test Fi in different pages and I see what I have entered"
You enter in a page and when you switch in dropdown language you see relative language content?

Peppe, I dont know if you are confused with translations but the thing is that you make translations by going inside each page, and not by adding new pages=rows. From your picture it seems you have made 3 pages to your web. Now you need to provide translation for each page.

Click inside that Test EN that seems to be also your homepage and there you should see dropdown language selector. Rename that to home or similar since it is that and people see it first when they come to site. You know its home since that can not be delted=no trash can at the end of the row. (for getting in to other pages, click that paper/pen icon at the end of the row to get in, since there are not yet any menu names given for different languages) Change the language and you get to insert new menu name and content with that language, then apply=save and add next language. Maybe you understood wrong and tried to make 3 different pages for different languages?

My example names are not too relevant, of course you would name pages like, english=products, swedish=produkter, finnish=tuotteet so it will be logical when you change language in admin.

I am not programmer also, so that's why it took 2 days and tons of nerves to get MLE working, at least somehow.

If I may ask for future projects, did I install it correctly or am I still missing something (or did I do something too much?):

• Installed mle 1.5.4b full
• Renamed config.lang.php and applied my languages. Changed flag paths to 'flag'=>'<img src="images/lang/us.png"
• Uploaded flag folder inside /images
• Checked "Force initial DEFAULT_LANG:" and "Show from DEFAULT_LANG if current lang is not ready:" in Global Settings in admin panel
• Made SQL Queries for all languages in content_name, menu_text, htmlblobs, metadata, titleattribute
• Update propnames with my languages
• Rename in lib/classes: class.content.inc.php and class.pageinfo.inc.php
• Updated default template with {lang} to show flags
• Then edit the pages with translation menus and contents

This readme.first, optional step III, does it only add the default content and name, that can also be added from admin panel later?

I can not see any language selector in global content block, how to get that work?

Thanx for this beautifull multi language solution.
Unfortunaly this is not fully MLE. News isn't mle and the last change to gcb may have a good technical reason but really isn't an improvement for the editors.

I think CMSMS is the best CMS on the market but if it comes to MLE, there really are some major improvements to make.
For a website to support multiple languages everything, including mail and even all the other modules, have to be MLE.

Never the less, your solution is the best so far, and CMSMadeSimple is, in my eyes, the best CMS.
