Support for robust CMS site needed

[NAFC]

We have a robust site that was built using CMS: www.nafc.org.  We are now looking to hire a new person/team to support this site because my local web developers do not have the expertise. Most recently our site has been hacked, which may be due to our using an outdated version of CMS. We presumably need to upgrade and move to a new host.
