Help wanted to setup a new Blog

I would like to setup a new blog with the following features:
- Normal blog functionality where admin users create posting, other users can comment
- Comments may need to be approved by an admin user (optional at this point)
- Posts and comments should be editable/removeable after they are posted
- Users need to login to add a comment
- Users don't need to be logged in to view postings or comments
- Users should be able to self-register to the blog
- Admin users may or may not need to approve users who self-register (optional)
- Posts and comments should be available via RSS feed

That's really it for now. We may add functionality later, but this is what we need now. I am assuming this means the setup and integration of BlogMS, FeU, Self Register and/or CustomContent modules. I will be doing all the setup of templates, CSS, pages etc., so all I need help with is to get the above list of modules working together. [I've actually tried this and have been unsuccessful which is why I am reaching out to the CMSMS community for help]

Since all this is base functionality included in the modules, I am assuming this is a fairly simple task for someone who knows what they are doing. Please respond with an informal quote including your billing rate and estimated number of hours for the project.

If a web-blog is everything you need, I would suggest to use blog-oriented CMS, like Wordpress or MovableType...

Good point. But in this case I need a blog integrated into an existing CMSMS web site and would prefer to keep it in the same domain instead of forking off a sub-domain with WP etc. I am hoping that BlogMS fits the use cases I outlined earlier.
