Fatal error no reasons (closed, solved)

Post by rocket »

I'm using version 1.4.1

I haven't touched the site for a while now, it's been running great and I notice a fatal error today that has been running for about 3 days.

Here it is

Warning: include_once(/home/****/domains/*****/public_html/modules/ABFlashGallery/ABFlashGallery.module.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: Permission non accordée in /home/****/domains/*****/public_html/lib/classes/class.moduleloader.inc.php on line 112

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/****/domains/*****/public_html/modules/ABFlashGallery/ABFlashGallery.module.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/****/domains/*****/public_html/lib/classes/class.moduleloader.inc.php on line 112

Warning: include_once(/home/****/domains/*****/public_html/modules/Album/classes/module/../../../PageBlocks/lib/classes/class.blockmodule.inc.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: Permission non accordée in /home/****/domains/*****/public_html/modules/Album/classes/module/class.Album.php on line 34

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/****/domains/*****/public_html/modules/Album/classes/module/../../../PageBlocks/lib/classes/class.blockmodule.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/****/domains/*****/public_html/modules/Album/classes/module/class.Album.php on line 34

Fatal error: Class 'CMSModuleBlockContentType' not found in /home/****/domains/*****/public_html/modules/Album/classes/module/class.AlbumBlockContent.php on line 33

My site only shows this now, admin also.

I noticed while doing a search in google that a few site have the same error as mine.

What could cause this sudden problem with the cms

All the pages and the classes the warning mentions are there on the server.

Thanks

You may be hacked what I know.....

Your version is way to old for support.

The last thing I wanted to hear (read).

So what is the solution.  Can I just upload fresh files up, like the ones the warning mentioned or do a full update

Thanks

Did search found nothing to resolve my problem.

Try to strat updating but when I get to the install/update I get the same error, if I only go to install everything seems to be fine.

I realy would like to do an update only, until I can get rid of the bad files, it looks like it come from the module folder somewhere.

Is there a way to do a manual database update, so I keep my data intact.

My hosting cancelled the auto backups on my server when they did a php version update so I realised yesterday that I cannot rollback.

Any help

You could try saving a backup of the database, delete the cmsms files and reupload all of the original files (your version 1.4.1 plus all of the added modules you installed). If that works, then do the upgrades to bring you up to the present versions.

If it doesn't work, you could try reinstalling your version (1.4.1) and modules, then use the db backup to get back your site.

Thanks for everyones help, but the problem was on the server end, this morning I got a server error message code 500 on all my sites on that same server.

It just got back on line now, luky I didn't do any major delete and start from scratch thing.

I did the upgrade and all is ok now.

Thanks for the help anyway.  It's great to know that it wasn't a hacker who maded me sweat like this lol  ;)

ps: The problem suposely was due to folder permission, 3 files had still 777, index, config, include, to be honest I can't recall leaving them at that, but that is what I was told.
