CMS Made Simple is slow after install.

So I have instaled CMS made simple on two different webservers. On one webserver it seems to run fine and requests are fullfilled quickly. This is ion the latest version of cms. However on the other server it is quite slow compared to the other server and other items on the same server as the cms made simple install. I have tried reinstalling cms made simple but nothing changes. Is there anything that would be slowing it down? I have godaddy hosting.

Well, the latest version is a little intensive with memory (next version will be better, I swear!).  It could be possible that the server is a little overtaxed and the memory usage is making it run slow.  Or, maybe it's possible that mysql on their systems is slow.  What other kinds of things are you running that go quickly?
