What's happening is that the first drop down menu (level 2) displays correctly, but hovering over a link that would display a level 3 menu displays all levels below that. Take a look: http://www.electro-power.com/CMSMS. If you drop down the 'How CMSMS works' menu and the 'Content' item you'll see the trouble.
The tricky thing is that I didn't think i'd actually messed with the CSS too much from its original, aside from styling stuff. If anyone would be kind enough to cast an eye over this i'd very much appreciate it:
