[$150] XHTML/CSS Template to CMS Made Simple Coding Project

Bonjour!

I have an XHTML/CSS-coded template, actually two of them, that I need coded into the latest [stable] version of CMS Made Simple right away! One template is for the homepage primarily, and the other template is for the actual content pages of the site.

I believe this will be an easy project for intermediate to advanced CMS Made Simple coders. I do have few requirements in this project in regards to global content blocks (some parts of the templates need to be divided into global content blocks), which again is a pretty easy task, nothing too serious or problematic!

This is a $150 project. I can pay by a number of payment methods including PayPal.
You will be required to work on your own server and show me previews and updates along the way, and once it is completed, I will submit the payment.

You must retain valid XHTML/CSS coding with this project.

I need this done by the 31st of March at the latest.

I am having horrible luck with both designers and coders recently.
Three coders have bailed out on this project. One actually bailed out, and two have not responded - all have requested project details and after receiving the details they become unresponsive!

What's going on here? I need someone please. This will be fast and easy money I believe...since all's that is left to do is integration into CMS Made Simple.
