Problem after installing-Warning: fread() [function.fread]: Length parameter mus

Hi I just installed the latets version and I have received this error.

Warning: fread() [function.fread]: Length parameter must be greater than 0. in /home/avoca/public_html/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 515


I went to the actual line 515 and I couldn't see where to add a number, any ideas.

Also the design was standard with just addig a header and now it seems completely out of proportion, any ideas why?
