WYSIWYG Toolbar has Vanished!

I've been running a website with CMSMS for some time now, with no problem.  Recently my webhost provider copied my content to a new account, but CMSMS seemed to survive intact. 

Now I log in to make an edit, but the toolbars above the text edit areas have vanished.  I did have the TinyMCE module installed, but then removed it and deleted all of the files in case that had something to do with the problem.  I currently don't have the 'turn WSYWIG on/off' check box, but if I reinstall TinyMCE, I get that back, but clicking it makes no difference.

Anyone able to help?

Check your permission for TinyMCE folder and put to 755
