Need help installing CMSMS with custom made design!

Hi, just wondering if anyone could give me a installing guide for using custom design. How to integrate the my design into CMSMS?

It's a basic css design that I want to use with CMSMS, nothing advanced. Im just a designer and need som help from a pro.
