My free webspace provider is inserting some text and links at the beginning and at the end of each page uploaded or generated. I went though the install procedure without major problems. Following the quick install guide, I reached step 11. Every report said "Success". I scrolled down the page to find the "Continue" button, but it wasn't there! Instead, there was the text that my webspace provider is automatically inserting, nicely blended into the table with the "keep in mind data". And NO continue button.
So I went to http://mysite/cmsmadesimple/index.php, in hope that everything was OK. Page not foud. Went to http://mysite/cmsmadesimple/install/index.php - nothing. So I deleted the cmsmadesimple folder and posted this message here in hope someone will find a cure. And I am so sad, because CMS Made Simple is just what I need.

Like, DOH! This is obviously the fastest way to get over with it, but what if I really want to use this host? I saw other hosts like this one working with other CMSs and there was no problem.
And the host says that they have no fault, and it's the CMS fault. They say that they are not so dumb to provide PHP/MySQL && insert text in every page AND allowing their automated scripts to interfere with the scripts the user uploads. Thinking about it, they just add some links in the header and the footer, it's no big deal, the rest of the page should appear normally.
So what might be the problem?

BTW, Piratos, the link you provided takes me to a page in German (and I don't know German). And http://www.byethost33.com/ just shows me some basic tips about webdesign.
