Adding A Right Sidebar In A Template

Hi,

I am using CMS 1.5.3 and I am trying to add a sidebar to my Template.  I realized that a global content block will not help because I will want different content to be in the sidebar for different pages.  So I guess I'm trying figure out what goes in between this:

You could add:

{content block='Sidebar'}

Then on the page, you will have a Sidebar content block to edit.
