making software using CMSMS

Hi Guys,

I am planning to make a software like web site. So I will have menu.

Now I have created my menu. then my MYSQL getting crashed at any how. And I have keep an copy of all file except the admin foolder. So when I reinstall the CMSSM, all my work wipped away. Nothing was there. Dont know why really.

Now, my question, suppose I have add an new menu name "Enquiries". Exactly which location in CMSMS the file with name "enquiries" has been created I dont know. I assume by adding a menu using admin control panel, it create a file with the name of menu. Or it could create it in database which I dont know. And I would appriciate if anyone tell that kindly please....

Also, in menu, I will design a page using PHP & MYSQL. Now to use the dbconnect.php file in all other file, I usually keep this file separate and include it to each page. If I use CMSSM, how I can work on multiple php file under one single menu page ? Any idea guys ? I got some clear idea how can I ass external .js and .css file from forum. But whats about to work with multiple external PHP file ? I have written code of PHP by myself and persofm all those if else or for loop logic.... and need to include them...

Please please help with some kind of example.

I don't think you get how this system works, you don't need to make any php files or do anything to the existing php files, you just login to the admin and go to content > pages and click the add content button, please look at the default install pages, like view your default install site it will give you a better understanding of how it works...
