Virus, hack?

Hi,
I have a problem. In the last 2 days, two persons told me their anti-virus detects a virus on my website. I tried by myself and get an notice only with Avast (not AVG).
It block a link to statscounter.cn Someone send me that report :

Virus: JS:Obfuscated-R [Trj] (Engine B)
Virus beim Laden von Web-Inhalten gefunden.
Adresse: statscounter.cn

I download my files and scan it with antivirus and make search for this statscounter, but I found anything.
What I should do? Re-install everything? How I could be sure it's CMSMS (I have 2 others applis on this domain : phpmyvisites and a calendar)?
