yep, nice job! well done. Visually appealing and some nice add ons (I like "gear" section for example). I think you can not do more for a local fire department ;D

The pure flash content pages could be a little difficult to read for search engines and disabled users (e.g. screenreaders). I think Search engines isn't probably the most important for you, but you might want to consider placing some HTML markup in the noscript area of your flash implementation (just an idea).

But anayway. well done.

Visually appealing, amazing photographs, great transitions. Very nicely done. I also like the simplicity, yet informative approach to the whole site. Very impressive. Keep up the good work.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.
