Calendar 1.6.1 PHP Fatel Error

I downloaded and installed the Calendar module version 1.6.1. I tried both of the following tags separately in a template:

{cms_module modue="Calendar"}

or

{cms_module module="Calendar" display="calendar"}


They both generate the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/......./cmsms/lib/classes/class.module.inc.php on line 1388

What am I doing wrong?

Didn't know there was a Calendar 1.6.1... going to assume 0.6.1. Which version of CMSMS are you using?

Yes, I did mean Calendar 0.6.1

I am using CMSMS 0.10.3.; After installing the Calendar I placed the tag in my template and received the fatal error mentioned in my [previous email. Any idea what wrong?

I, too, am having the same problem - with Calendar 0.7alpha2
I get this:

I uninstalled, and reinstalled, I re-uploaded the files to the server, and got the same results. I even re-downloaded the file, thinking I may have missed something.

iNSiPiD, in answering rden for another problem in the Calendar said, "See the file calendar_example.php in the Calendar folder."
That file doesn't exist in the files I downloaded.  I have a calendar_example.css and an index.html that presents a blank page.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this puppy working?

Forgot to add, I'm using .11.2 version of cmsmadesimple.
