[Solved]No menu manager in Control Panel

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Neil,

I don't recall this issue on 1.2.3, but current stable is 1.5.3. So some things might have been wrong in 1.2.3, or permission-wise, as wether people see modules or not, depends on the permissions they have.

Consider upgrading, as no support exists on 1.2.3 anymore....
