Can't load CMS

I can't even see my web site. The error message shows:
The ADOdb Lite database abstraction library cannot be found, CMS Made Simple cannot load.
How do I fix it?

-you has installed (which version?) and it worked ok ?
-your browser-network-yadayada chain to CMSms is ok ?
-what specific custom/security settings do you have ?
-what have you done recently with your site/hosting ?
-how does the hosting place look like in your SSH/FTP tool ?
-anything describing the situation that you know and we can't guess
