CMSMS new look not being applied [Solved]
I have been upgrading my CMSMS as the new updates come out and was wondering about the new interface design. If I install a new CMSMS 1.5.3 the interface look has the new design. But for the ones that have the old interface still continue to have the old design even if I install the new updates. Is this how it is suppose to be or am I missing something when I am installing the updates?

Admin --> Site Admin --> Global Settings --> Default Administration Theme --> NCleanGray
Admin --> My Preferences --> User Preferences --> Administration Theme --> NCleanGray

If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.
