Cataloger module - prevent pages from showing (admin menu)

Hi guys !

I have a cataloger which i'm using to build "actor" database.
I've organized it like this:

1. Actors
    1.1. Man
          1.1.1 Aged to 18 yrs.
                  1.1.1.1 John Malachite
                  1.1.1.2 Paten Phillip 
                  1.1.1.3 Adam McCain   
          1.1.2 Aged to 30 yrs.
                  1.1.2.1 Tiger Malachite
                  1.1.2.2 Leon Doe
                  1.1.2.3 Michael Donaldson     
          1.1.3 Aged to 50 yrs.
                  .....
    1.2 Woman
          1.2.1 Aged to 18 yrs.
          1.2.2 Aged to 30 yrs.
          1.2.3 Aged to 50 yrs.
    1.3 Kids

etc...

Obviously, i'm adding "actors" like items in cataloger.
How to prevent actors from ALL sub-groups to show as an option in Parent/Category Page when I try to add new actor in Admin menu ?
It is clear that I never want to add sub-category under Actor Name, so there is no reason for actors to be showed in drop-down menu, especially because there are a lot of them and it looks very messy... and I'm having difficulties scrolling to find appropriate category...
