Listserv functionality??

Hi all,

I have built a web site on CMSMS and it's running great - thanks!  I also have a Yahoo! Groups listserv/email community running parallel to the web site.  The web site serves as a central repository for information, and the Yahoo! mailing list is a daily way for group members to communicate about stuff that's not on the web site.  There are usually 10-20 emails daily.

I would love to integrate the two of these.  For now, I have to maintain the membership databases separately, etc.  But the mail functionality of Yahoo! Groups is basically what I need.

Is there a module that has functionality like this?  Ideally, it would be able to automatically update so that a mail to a single email address would go to each registered user of the web site.  Any FEU could start a new thread or reply to an already-posted thread, and messages could be archived and searched on the site itself.  (I already have a forum on my site, but that's not what I have in mind for this.)  Yahoo! offers the option of receiving each mail real-time as it's sent, or receiving a single daily digest (a compilation of all email messages sent in a single day).  It should also support the sending of attachments (ideally, of course).

I think Newsletter Made Simple is more for just "outward" communication from a site owner.  I want a fully functional listserv allowing all members to communicate with one another.

Does it exist?  Any suggestions?
