After creating the config.php file i was prompted to go to "http://localhost/cmsmadesimple" I am not able to access the site, page states the following:

Are their any alternatives to this site and how do i start execution afterward??

all what we can guess from your post is that you are using wamp.
We can't guess what are the steps to reproduce your issue and try to help you.
