After several weeks of development, our agency website[FR] is online and runs on CMS Made Simple.
We chose this CMS for its userfriendly and for the many existing modules.
The site is currently being optimized code + hosting + W3C validation, delays are temporary.
We are considering an English translation in the coming months, the site is based on the MLE version.
Thank you for your comments.

Re: DECLIK agency website
Gorgeous website. Truly. I like the layout, like the graphical fluff kept at reasonable level just to keep the site visually attractive. I don't know French so tried to swith to en_US by hand, but that version is not really fully translated, I take.
Really tall header seems like a waste of the height, but as I understand this is an design agency, which comunicates through images, so for me more of the imagery per square inch on the page is forgivable. I would make a font perhaps a pixel larger, but that's just my personal preference.
The site was coming to me with a noticable delay. I would check the server performance. I doubt the CMS is at fault to that extent.
Congratulations, great job!
