site appears without format only text

hi

im using windows XP Pro, CMS 1.5.2, PHP 5.2 and Mysql 5.1, IIS

the server is reacheable on internet without problems, but if i visit the site from a client, the pages appears whitout format, no colors, no images just text

im new in this stuff so i dont know if is a problem in access permissions or configuration

same problem here...

ik run a local server for testing this cms.. (WAMP).

clean install of cmsms 1.5.2 and the website looks as it should be.. but when i go to the /admin section.. every style/css/image etc.. seems to be gone there?

any suggestions?

The address in config.php is a local one like "http:/localhost/", if you access this outside you´ll need to bind a valid address on config.php that is reachable throught both networks
