deletetemplateassoc.php problem

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

deletetemplateassoc.php problem

I have problem with file deletetemplateassoc.php, then i UPLOAD files of CMS MS 1.5.1 or 1.5.2 on FTP uploading is just hang on. The file cant get into FTP. Rest files are ok, but this one not.

HELP, What to do?
