How to add image map to header if possible?

Is it possible to add an image map (hyperlinks on an underlying image) in the header of a CMS page?  Our new school site has a request from staff to add links directly on the header image.  You can view the page here: http://www.smhscs.org/newweb

I've searched and found a number of ways to get rid of the standard link to the home page but nothing in the forums addressing this type of option in the header.

Hope someone has tried this already.

Thanks for the assist, but since I can't read French I have know way of understanding what this mod does nor how it works.  The mod "Help" file is in French. 

Tried to install this mod directly from within 1.4.1 "Spring Garden" installation and received installation errors.  Tried again from forge and got same installation errors.
