FCKEditor js error when accessing upload image manager page

Post by netfast »

Hi,

When I access the FCKEditor image manager I get it to load no problems on my PC. Unfortunately on my customers website I get javascript errors. They are running exactly the same browser IE 6.0.2900 SP2 but get the attached error. Hopefully you can see it as the customer sent it through and is a bit blurred.

It is obviously a browser error. I have turned off popup blockers etc and js is enabled in their settings. There must be something else I am missing.

Any clues anyone??/

The first image manager dialog opens up ok. It is when the 'browse server' button is clicked if that helps anyone.

Thanks megabob, (u do a good job on here helping from what I see :))

I destroyed all cache at the clients end.

Firefox and IE are fine my end. Didn't try FF the clients end as he doesnt/wont use it. They are a bit ignorant and dont want to try anything new. Getting them to use this is a big enough step.

Maybe I will just give them FF as a last resort (if that works) if I cant figure it out?? Still should be able to use the latest IE browser you would reckon???

Say at least to the client to use latest release of IE.
