I'm encountering an issue on a website that I just upgraded from 1.2.2 to 1.5.2. Occasionally when I go to the admin panel to log in, I'm automatically presented with the /install/upgrade.php to upgrade from schema version 29 to 31. The problem I'm having is that nothing happens. All that appears is a blank page and that's it. I've tried deleting and re-uploading the install directory but to no avail.
