Apache Default page loads instead of my home page

I am just learning so I installed LAMP on my home box. I let CMSMS in the default /var/www location which is probably where some of my headache is coming from. basically my site IP is http://192.168.0.101 but when I use this it brings up the apache IT WORKS page instead. I need to know how to make it bring up my homepage instead of this message. Find below my virtual host file from apache and the config file from CMSMS. If there is anything else you would like to see please let me know. Thank everyone in advance for all their assistance.

It may be as simple as removing the index.html page so the webserver will default to the CMSMS index.php page.
