A very Weird Error

I setup cms 1.5.2 at the first stage all sample content was working fine.

Then i started changing design and entering some content, the active menu on the horizontal menu start disappearing when you click on the sub menu.

Example:

www.turkishmechanic.com you can see 4 elements on horizontal menu.

but:

http://www.turkishmechanic.com/index.php?page=teknoloji

when a submenu clicked the item on the horizontal menu just dissappears (it is not because of css, i am checking the html code and that part is empty)

Works for me, i see no change in top menu...

i had to set it up again and load all the files again then it worked, not sure what caused this...
