[SOLVED] smarty error: unknown function crc32()

Hi,

my CMS-System worked for 2 month perfectly.
Without making any changes I got a fulminating problem.
The content isn't appearing - got a blank page without any content (only html tags).
I see and can partial use the admin area.
By turning on the debug-mode there is following Error in Sourcecode:
Fatal error:  Unknown function:  crc32()
in /var/www/vhosts/*****/httpdocs/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1753

Hi again,

the problem is solved.
It wasn't a CMS problem. Probably caused to too many database connections or something else this error occured.
Last night i relocated webspace to another hosting service.
Now I spend more money for hosting - hoping the availability is getting better.
