CMS not Updating

The CMS area of my ETO Panel is not properly updating the website. There are three item that I can update using the CMS. Two of the areas will not update the website after I hit the submit button. One area will update when I hit the submit button. Is this a CMS issue or a server issue. The CMS panel show that it is successfully updating....

I don't know what an ETO panel is.
Have you read the posting rules ? There is not a sole CMSms version number in your post...
