Hi everyone!
My company recently moved address and I have no idea how to change it on my website! The company who did our website for us are very unprofessional and do not answer the phone or emails. My address currently shows as:
{global_content name='Address'}
Any tips on how to change the 'address' - I can't find it anywhere!!
Thanks
How do I change my address?!
Re: How do I change my address?!
In the Admin menu, go to Content/Global Content Blocks and look for the one called "Address". Click on it to edit it.

Thank you so much for your reply! I have had a look and I don't have that option. In content I only have "pages","file manager" and "image manager" - any idea why?!
Re: How do I change my address?!
Probably an autorisation issue....
GCBs are normally showing under Content, but can be showing/hiding depending on autorisations... So without the proper permission for the account used, can it be that the GCBs arent modifiable by that account...

Is there any way of changing that? The company who made my website do not respond to my calls or emails so I have no idea what to do!!

Check if they have ever given you the administrator password. Also, are there any other users? Maybe one of them has the right permissions.
If not, maybe you are able to login at the hosting company? Or is that the same company?
Anyway, if you have access there, you can probably find out or change the admin password directly in the database.
Me or someone else around here will probably be able to guide you through it.
(unless I have missed an easier solution of course...)
Good luck!

There is an easier way... since you are able to see the code for the global content block.
If you replace that code with your new address, your problem is solved. Though I still advise you to get the administrator password. It's your website, not theirs so you need to be able to access every part of it.
If you need help with the HTML code for your address send me a personal message and I can make it for you.
