[solved] Date Format String issue

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

[solved] Date Format String issue

Post by ja »

Hi,

I've been trying to have dates displayed on my website as dd/mm/yy, and have had a look at the strftime page on php.net, but still can't figure out exactly what i should be putting in the date format string box in global settings. I've tried a whole bunch of stuff, but nothing seems to work. could someone let me know exactly what i should be putting in this box?
apologies in advance for me being a fool!

Hi Ronny,

Thanks for that.
I had tried this, but hadn't realised that the date format had to be entered in the options for Blogs Made Simple and News Made simple aswell. I'm such a doofus! Got it sorted now. Cheers again.
