File Upload - Error Message

Hi, I am trying to upload a file but it looks like it is too big... 

I am able to upload smaller files so I think it is because, at 6MB, it is too big.

I had a look under File Manager but I don't have a Setting tab. 

Then I had a look in the 'config.php' file and increased the maximum upload size to 10MB but it still doesn't work. 

I have tried FTPing it as well but no joy.

What does the System Information page say for uploads...

And please a little/lot more info ok, most times to solve a problem we try to duplicate it so if we know what your using/doing exactly it really helps...

or you may end up with an answer such as... "Mine works" because mine does...
