Search with News?

Okay, I'm using CMS 1.5.1 with the core News and Search installed - tried about everything else to do what I want, but I'm pulling my hair out.

This site is for a small rental housing company, and needs a search module. I'd like to know how I can incorporate the CMS search to look for field definitions -

Here's the page that shows what I want. This IS the site it will go on, so I need any help I can get.

There are a few parameters that the Search will use please look in the Help for it to see how to do it...
