Mutiple sites in single installation

Hi,
I want to know whether I can use a single installation to create two or more websites within that by creating sub-domains or separate domains. For example in my case, I need to do a corporate site for a brochure site with corporate.domain.com sub-domain. I am hoping to do this as it will be easier for me to manage all within one administration (plugins, mods and etc). Is that possible in CMS MS? If yes, how can I do this?

on that site... or I have written on this alot here too... heck I did the first version of this for my hunter education site... kramits version is an extension of my thought, or just search my name... or look through tips and tricks... there is lots of info..I know I wrote it... every thing from google 404 tricks to banner work arounds...

a really good setup takes a lot of work to get setup top to bottom... but when done it's so easy to maintain...
