<SOLVED> Non-active pages show up in "next page" and "previous page" navigation

Post by mannerv »

I put some prototype content to my CMS install and notices, that non-active pages show up in "next page" and "previous page" navigation. Is this normal behaviour or a bug?

Version 1.5.1. You can see the behaviour live on this page: http://www.tarkkamarkka.com/tarjoukset.html

And the pages are non-active, or non-show in menu? As I have the 1.5.1 install and dont have this issue...

Yeah, they do not show up in the menu. You can check it out here: http://www.tarkkamarkka.com/tarjoukset.html

Is there some "reset" or "reboot" that should be done?

SOrry,

I meant to say... Did you uncheck the "active" button, or the "show in menu"-button?

I unchecked the "active" button. I did not even notice a "show in menu" button.

That button is on the options-tab of a content-page...

Let me check the logic used by MenuManager, or are you using a different menumanager template?

Okay, I unchecked both. Seems to be the same still.

I have the default install with no extras installed (at least not intentionally), so I believe this is the MenuManager.

This one was solved by RonnyK. I did not notice, that the childpages were still active in the navigation. I opened them up by clicking on the arrow, marked them all as non-active and everything works like a charm.

Thanks to RonnyK, once again.
