Version 1.5.1 - Module - DTD Version missing

Hello everbody,

I recently upgraded CMS 1.4.1 to  1.5.1.
when I try to add/install modules, I receive the following error
Error!
DTD Version missing or incompatible in the XML file

I tried manual installation using XML, nothing displays either or sometimes, I receive same error message.

Any suggestion, what might be wrong?

you ever have tryed use the search come on guys i put "DTD Version missing or incompatible in the XML file"  in search and i have find a solution

Yes, I have searched the google before I posted it here.
and it looks like, this issue was in version 1.3.x.. bla bla..
