Drop Down Menus question

Im thinking of using CMS made simple for some sites. Before I install can I ask the forum a small question which I coudlnt work out from the help guides and I think is posisble

Is it possible to set up drop down menus so that they can be added from the admin area by a ordinary non technical user without adding or altering code (assuming a progerammer had already set up any required code)

I couldnt work out if I could set up CMS made simple so that i can make so that clients can add drop down menus from just the admin area easily

depending on how you set every thing ... yes... even out of the box this is the case...
