You're right - it is a cool company, and a cool product! My one design suggestion for you is more pictures - you have a great library of images, and using them throughout the site would help bring to life what can be some rather technical pages. Use your cool factor to best effect.
On a technical side, the top menu wraps on me sometimes (Firefox on a Mac) - it may be a width issue with either the menuwrapper or the table holding it (speaking of which, is the table necessary? what function is it serving?).
And the Q&A section might benefit from the start/stopExpandCollapse tag - you could have the questions all listed with the answers collapsed, making for a shorter page.
