portfolio site - is CMSMS the way to go

Post by getho »

I was talked into doing a portfolio site in zencart.
It has been a usability nightmare, and the developer went awol at the end of the process.

This is the site

http://www.natalieengdahl.com.au/dev/newwebsite/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=19&zenid=a2163f5cbd1f036b8ff3842da0dc49e0

The functionality:
Client to upload images (presized). 2 images per item. Thumbnail created from those 2 images and inserted into hoarizontal nav bar. Client to add text, and to add the HTML size table.  This table is more or less identical for each product so ideally it would be a one click solution, but one that is subsequently editable on a per product basis (eg there would be a master table, and then changes could be made once inserted into a product)

Is CMSMS the right way to go? (for ease of use)

I would welcome estimates for the job from anyone interested.  I have little experience of CMSMS, 2 sites outsourced in my portfolio but impressed with usibility
